    8 w/3x1600 this morning. Supposed to be at 5k pace, but HAHAHA for the first 2 reps. I blame the fact that I just did basically the same workout 5 days ago, but that time with no recoveries. Tried to push it the 3rd rep, knowing it would be my last time running that kind of pace for probably a long time, and did end up hitting roughly 5k pace.

        Funny how Pfitz has you do 5K paced intervals at the end of the cycle like that. Different from Hansons. Hopefully those will be beneficial on race day.
