September Goals (Read 45 times)


Mmmmm...beer

    - 250+ miles

    - No more than 4 days off (goes hand in hand with my mileage goal, URDs are killing me!)

    - Drop weight

    - Continue UTBF and group speed work (Mon & Wed)

    - Enjoy my mud run on the 26th (yes, I got talked into a mud run, what is this world coming to???)

    - Turn 41 on the 24th Smile (definitely gonna hit that goal! lol)

     

    - 269!

    - Only 3 rest days

    - Nope, holding steady

    - Haven't missed a workout yet!

    - Had a blast!!!

    - Yup, nailed that one
