Hope your feel better soon. Can't wqit to see you posting more 11.3s and 14.6s

Thanks!  It is getting there.  I could do them now but I don't want to have a major set back so I'm being careful

The would be race was of no consequence, I could have went out there but decided last week that I was not where I want to be quite yet.  Otherwise, there would have been a race report full of belly aching and ain't nobody got time for that.  ;-)

My stupid SI joint is still stupid, but not hindering me from running.  I feel niggles from time to time, but those are more a mental hurdle than a physical one. At our next FE, I will show you some of my new found stretching ability that is sure to impress you!

        Hope you feel better sweetie!

I'm trying!  I expect by the next time I see you, you will be putting your hands flat on the floor with the legs extended......

I actually got 7.1 miles in tonight with Rocky, I was not expecting a run so that's good. My feet feel better, though my right calf was feeling sore in the beginning. I'm debating on whether running tomorrow, but I seriously think I am done with the running streak and going back to my regular rest days (Tues, Thurs, Sat). We'll have to see.

Dorian is feeling a heck of a lot better, I am so happy he is no longer feeling sick.
