Consistently running 50+ mpw will help more than anything. Doesn't really matter which specific plan. Pfitz,, Hanson's, McMillan are all good.
Truth
I've bought some books and will do more reading. For this upcoming cycle though, I think I'm leaning towards the custom McMillan plan. And of course, will continue working on building my weekly mileage.
I've never had a professional plan, so I think this will be good for me and will certainly help in the future with DIY plans.
