Sorry Kathleen. How long will it take to heal, assuming you follow orders?
Doc said he was "shutting me down for 2-3 months". If I can keep aqua jogging I can stay sane and keep my fitness level up. Still really curious about translatting time to miles. Pace bunny is kicking my ass.
