George - and that's why I never go out for a run over an hour without water. The only place I can get water this time of year is at Sheetz, but I only run in town about once a week.

6 miles on the TM. Did a lot of leg strengthening before that so it was a bit of an effort to get it all in.

I ran 5 on the mill after work with 8x20 sec pickups that was only supposed to be 6x20 seconds. Oh well
