I am really feeling this. I was really debating taking this zoomm meeting while walking on the treadmill.

I have been known to hop on the TM while listening to court hearings.

I don't own a coffee machine and hardly ever drink coffee. Except for the Starbucks coffee (which is sort of weak), coffee makes my stomach hurl too early in the morning. Mtn Dew at 5am? No problem? Coffee? FTS, ha.

I've noticed that even if I get my run done in the mornings and all of my steps for the day, I feel very lazy the rest of time since after my run I sit all day and then sit again all evening.  There's no walking around the office or going for lunch or walking to the bus and then home, etc.

Same. It's led me to do doubles almost everyday: run in the AM, Zwift or strength train in the PM.

I did 2 more miles during lunch using the iFit app for a virtual run/walk in Lisbon.  I've noticed that even if I get my run done in the mornings and all of my steps for the day, I feel very lazy the rest of time since after my run I sit all day and then sit again all evening.  There's no walking around the office or going for lunch or walking to the bus and then home, etc.

I never count steps, but I guess aside from my run it’s virtually zero. Although I don’t snack as much as I used to, or as expected. I thought being at home I’d be constantly getting snacks. But I’ve been so busy already that I rarely leave my office except to go to the bathroom or come down for lunch. When I was working in the office, I had my snack drawer at ready access.

I usually do dog walking at lunch but this week it has been so hot at noon, I've had to wait til evening

I just have a Nespresso. It gets the job done and it's super convenient

I use Nespresso at work, and it's sooooo much better than Keurig

There's also a Nespresso machine that takes different sizes of cups, the machine detects it and changes the amount of water.

In other words you can buy Espresso cups, doubles, Americanos...

That's the one my coworker has (and I use to use when work was something I went to)

ETA: At home I have an espresso machine with the metal handle and pressure by a pump. It's one of the least expensive that uses the same "procedure" as the big machines

I ran 10.1. It was cloudy, so cooler, though the humidity was still high.

I do think it's better but the pods are at least double the cost of a kcup and to make an americano I would need to use two pods.  My Nespresso only does espresso, no coffee.

Mat Pilates session was a bit easier than the foam roller session but I'll be sore tomorrow that's for sure. I also followed it with the 8 with 8 X 100m on the TM and now I am just tired, ha.

I did some gardening after work and sweated through all my clothes, how people find this relaxing, I have no idea. Basically had to dig up a section of the garden to try to break up the weeds and planted some more squash. We're not having much luck with cucumber. I killed 3 within days of planting them. Now I need to find a few more pots to put some more lettuce on the deck. Not putting that in the yard, it would be a deer & bunny buffet.

Need to upgrade your machine, girl!

Yeah, more expensive, but not in the same league IMO.

Did 1 hour of strength training. Stretching at the end in Child's pose and my foot cramped horribly for several agonizing minutes! I must be getting old
