I'm disappointed by your lack of commitment. Hahaha! Seriously, I don't usually do personals either for the same reason.

I am impressed. That sort of thing didn't even occur to me. And I have a reputation.

Bad associations spoil useful habits.  If we're not careful, we'll all be wearing hydration belts at our next 5k.

Fact: I once took a drink from an aid station during a 5k....I dumped it over my head of course as it was a million degrees out, but I did take it.  Wink

Yeah, Heidi! I'm glad you got to run strong today. Hopefully there are nothing but great runs for you from now on. Smile

15.05 miles this afternoon (I was lucky and finished work early). Easy 8:34, incl. 4 miles of hills.

Now back to watching The Hunger Games. Have a great evening everyone!

Wow.  Three pages while I was out watching Alien?

Luke and Tom, do it, do it, do it.

                      Heidi, great run.

scrape, I barely do shoutouts.  Don't worry.

Amateur!  When you dump at least 10 cups over you over the course of a 5K, then you know it's hot.  Pffftttt.
