Skirt Runner
Glad I ran this by you guys... I thought it may have negatively affected my 10K to race the 5K all out. Now I see it as helpful. My last 5K effort was on 4/6 so I can see now that going all out may give me a better idea of what my legs can do for the 10K. I'm psyched for Sunday now!

haha.... I will have to channel my college days, but I can probably manage a race effort chug. In the very least a tempo chug.
