That doesn't tell me the percentage, apparently the LR is supposed to be 30-35% of the weekly total. This week hasn't been perfect along with my quads being weird, I might cut Sunday to 18 or 16 instead of 20, I can do 20 next Sunday if I have to.
How many more weeks until the IMM?

I've been telling him that for 3-4 years, he ain't listening. I was just kidding about the long run percentage. If you think you need to cut back, cut back. But if you're feeling good, I wouldn't worry about being higher than last month.

Also, running the mile the day after your LR is sort of yuck.
None of that clearly explains WTF my problem was (other than the Surgeon General's warning in post 1):
Clearly my LR was too high of a percentage of my mileage on marathon week. I should have run more that week to justify that distance of a LR.
