I've actually done planks like that without the flapping...
And with slightly more clothes on.

How about the poor person holding the ball between their legs lol
He's getting the better workout. lol
I only had time for 3 so far. Hopefully I can sneak 2 or 3 more in later.

That, my friend, is the secret to Mt-Tremblant greatness!
Results from my race are up. I won my AG by 2:12. Looks like most folks I checked were about 90 seconds slower today due to the ice, compared to the race two weeks ago.
I ran. 2 mile warm up. 10K race in 41:42. 1.6 mile cool down. 45 seconds short of my PR. I did my best under the conditions. 19 degrees. So much for a warmer day. It was icy for a solid 3.5 miles of that race...very difficult to find solid footing, and constant slippage underfoot that was such an energy sap. I couldn't just run. I had to constantly try pick my way around ice and snow when I could, and there were long stretches where I had no choice but to run on it. 9/75 overall though and 1/11 AG. My first AG win that wasn't a 5K, and I took it by about a minute. Not the time I wanted, but pretty happy with my performance from a race perspective.

Wow. Congrats on the AG too!
did 12 miles earlier today...then did some yard work and washed the car...and rode a skateboard with my son which was the scariest of all...does anyone care about the Super Bowl game itself? I feel neutral this year...but will still eat and drink tomorrow with the family and friends.
marathon pr - 3:16
Maybe you can run sub-40 on your next one with better conditions!
It's going to be a while before I run another 10K. I don't see another one finding its way onto my calendar this year.
