          apparently so 

             

            I wouldn't be ready to jump into MRT so soon either. I need a good 6 weeks off from any serious training

             

            I will say, yesterday was the first run that felt sort of recovered. And pretty good again today. Or maybe it was just the evening running? Anyway, not that I'm ready to jump into anything, but it's nice for every run to no longer be such a suckfest.
