      Greetings from Alabama shores where my family of 3 is hanging out over the breakSmile

       

      5 miles walk/jog at the beach this morning, 4 easy in the afternoon. Leg is bruised from deep tissue massage, but it appears that it cures my IT band!

       

      9 days till marathon

        Drink an extra glass of water to help flush the toxins the massage released, and in a couple of days you will feel like a million bucks.

          Dangit, I should've ran before dinner..........lost all motivation.....guess I'll have to make it up tomorrow!

              Yeah they actually give you a bottle of water on the way out at my massage therapist.  I asked her once could I drink wine later that night and she looked as if she wanted to smack me.  :-)
