I ran my 18 (17 progression + 1 mile cool down). Wasn't that bad.
Boo. Which half are you doing?
Fox Cities. I run that one every year and it's never been this warm before. One year it was like 38 at the start.
Today I: 1. Ran a sub-par 10K, because that's the only type of 10K I know how to run, which is unfortunate since I could have won, but instead settled for a tiny PR 2. Got my Boston Marathon acceptance email 3. Freaked out

Nice!
5:27 half iron. I had a rough day, but so did everyone. "Feels like 93."
Nice job in the heat!
Wow. Nice run.

Got my other 5.3 miles in, giving me 30.3 for the week. Wanted 34 or 35 but I'm just happy to reach 30.
Goodnight!

PRs
5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
Only 44.2. Early heat problem only 1:30 into the race (noon start) and never fully recovered.
Still, that's a nice chunk of mileage!
