Crowdsourcing FTW. After sending an extremely pissy email back to tech support and to my sales rep, I put the question out on a discussion forum. I got the answer back in a couple of hours, tried it, and it looks like I'm up and running again. Will test out the instrument today.
When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.
