Well, technically Raleigh is the marathon, but I am going to do the HM. Marathon is in late May. I am at 14 miles of LR and, although I could finish it, I am not that stupid. Knee will be much better with two more months.

Had the date wrong when I posted my race. It was yesterday. I ran a comfortable and enjoyable race in 1:14:46 for 5th of 14 in my AG. Ran with a friend and we chatted the whole way.
