A little over 5 on the treadmill. Played around with the incline, so about 35 minutes were "uphill".

Tempo run complete, done at the track. My assignment was 10 minute w/u, 5 x 7 minutes at 6:40 pace w/1 minute recoveries, run the rest easy to hit 60 minutes. Actual tempo paces were 6:41, 5:58 (Garmin fart), 6:32, 6:36, 6:31, 6:42, 6:37. 8.4 miles total at 7:11 avg. I nailed this workout. *flexes*

You should try it. Having only 100m recoveries is a lot of fun! And I was supposed to try to get faster with each interval.
