PAD: I think your long run the week before should be 9 or 10. You can do the 13.1 miles, it's just a matter of how fast you can do them. Have you been using a HM plan? What is your goal for the HM?
Yes, I kind of made a combination of the Higdon Novice 2 & intermediate. They both have it at 12m and none of the long runs are 13.
It will be my first half so main goals are don't die and finish. Maybe 2:30 more likely 2:45.
