Another great event for you, Scotty! Nice people, nice city, nice cause and the name of the race is also great. I also really like the shirts they gave. Very clever. :-) But I thought that Texas was perfectly flat? It looks like a recent development in San Antonio, right?
It was very kind of you to approach this young sick boy to give him a few words of encouragement. I simply cannot imagine what it must be like for such a young child. It breaks my heart... :-(

Most of texas is flat. Central Texas has what we call the hill country. Out in far west texas there are mountains.

Thanks for the info, Tomas! I knew that Texas was big, but I never imagined it had mountains, or even just elevations. It must be like Alberta for us.
