I had a personal best month:

      150.44 miles

      Improvements

      Weight 100 pounds lost

      5K 31:02 Sept. 2012 / 23:36 Sept. 2013 (Same Course)

      10K 48:59 April 2013

      HM 2:03:56 Nov. 2012 / 1:46:50 March 2013

      MARATHON 3:57:33 Nov. 2013

      No more marathons

        239.  I guess I should have ran 1 more.  Or 11 more, or 61 more.

Ha - there's always more. Smile

Funny - I don't feel like I'm pushing much (really lost interest in my upcoming marathon) but I did 186.5 for the month - that's the most since last July when I hit 200, and is about three times as much as last January.  Also, got a PhOM 10K pr this month.  Woo Hoo - I guess not a bad month atal.

        Boston 2014 - a 33 year journey

Lordy,  I hope there are tapes.

        No more marathons

          362.1, a PB by 22 miles, after tonight's 8.

Mitch and Robert (you snuck in after me): Congrats on the PBs!  Well done!
