There are probably some, ahem, nosy log-stalking people who have already figured it out!

There is no evidence of that.

    Mmmmm...beer

Damn Jay, sub-17, that's sick!  Nice try, being all low key about it.

And the log says "Quality: 9/10, Effort: 8/10".     So are you telling us that you left something on the field, Jay?  Could have gone  sub-16:30?

Congrats on the sub-17:00 Jay, is that your first?

Then to go out and celebrate the win with a 20 mile victory lap is just sick!

Holy crap! That is FAST! Congratulations!

I've never rolled before. Other than a little hip strenthening exercises, I just run. Almost every time I try something new, I get hurt. Then I stop doing it and become better again.

What does rolling do? It makes sore places better? Stiff places less stiff?

Eric, I get really stiff when I'm not running, and if I don't roll, I stay stiff into my next run.  I feel like I don't even have the range of motion in my legs if I don't roll, like my hamstrings are so tight that my legs can't even swing forward.  When I roll, I find the spots that hurt and stay there, but when I get up off the floor, I feel instantly better.  I have my full range of motion back, and the soreness is gone.  Such a simple thing, but it makes a big difference.
