13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
Ran the following:
2 mile warmup
5 X 1 mile at 10K pace with 1/4 mile recoveries (nailed it!)
4.10 with hubby outside as my cooldown
He was doing 5 but I said FTS and walked home. My calves were on fire which means I ran a perfect 10K pace. It was an awesome workout. TM, though cause it's hot as fuck.

Never heard of 6pm. Checked eBay; a lot of stuff is "pre-owned", and as usual difficult to sift through. I am thinking for the next round I will just go ahead & update.

I'm sure you did, but for others if you put in exact details it cleans all that stuff up:

I search by "buy it now", as I am not interested in bidding auction style. It also helps if you do it before you need them. This way, you can check a couple of times a week and they are almost always a pair or two available.
