3 miles on grassy trails. Dealing with the strain made me very aware of just how much all those little muscles are involved when running on an uneven surface. No additional pain but I was very aware of little adjustments every stride.

05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

3.5 wind blown miles ( 30 - 40 gusts) which is pretty rare... watching colorized I love you Lucy Christmas episodes with my younger son. Weird to see it colorized, and weird to see it with a kid who never watch it.
