I have Raynauds too and it affects my thumbs the most. They go completely numb and then tingle and turn white then red. It was 66° today AND I wore gloves and I still got it badly! WTH. I always get real chilled after long runs, must be my core temp dropping because it was not that cold today.

Interesting point that it might be most important to avoid getting chilled after the run than anything else.
As a hiker I learned to keep dry clothes in the car, because if I didn't change right away I'd start shivering, even in summer and it can take a long time to warm up. I've had a couple of dangerous hypothermic episodes, always when I didn't change out of my wet clothes quickly enough. It seems to have gotten better, but I try to at least keep a warm jacket in the car and hop in the shower as soon as I get home.
