For me, GMP - GHMP = 25.
Actual PR MP - PR HMP = 50.

Yes, for goal pace (and workouts), I aim for a closer spread, 25 seconds is about right.
Ok. Thanks. It always impesses me to see the number of seconds per miles difference, as they are bigger numbers. I convert 25 seconds per mile to 15 seconds per kilometer, and all of a sudden it becomes reasonable. But that means that my training HMP would make me go for a 1:30 HM. That number seems unreasonable.
