Hello dailies:
10 done, alternating 5 min easy 5 min tempo the whole time. Instead of trying to do the good posture and stride stuff I've been reading about, I used my short, choppy, arms across the center line thing, and it felt SO much easier. Hard to break bad habits, I guess.
