If you haven't already done so, please post your results for Week 1 here (including any missed weeks).2014in2014 Summary Table and Weekly Posts (in 2014 in2014 Google doc) (under construction).
Results are posted to the forum on Wednesday afternoons if possible. Members that don't post by 6pm Central time on Tuesday (deadline for Week 1 was noon CST Tuesday but will be extended to 6pm starting with Week 2) will be ineligible for the weekly awards and their miles won't count for their team's score. Any late posters will still be able to view their stats as the results will be continually updated throughout the week.Since our first "week" was actually five days, I will be factoring results based on that (ex. Week 1 is actually 0.7143 weeks of time). If you see any mistakes, please let us know. We believe the system picked up all posts but we might have missed a couple.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Top 20 Runners:
Sorry. Forgot to post the results here.
There were only three or four days in the reporting period. I have my doubts that this many folks ran 50+ miles. I think they're reporting for seven days.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).

Four or five days, and it's six people in a contest of a couple hundred. Seems reasonable. I know Seattlemax, Hipfan, and jwhite are high mileage runners, as are Angel 64 and jeebeerunner.

Are we there, yet?
It's 4 or 5 days being posted, 1/1 - 1/4 or 1/1 - 1/5. Anyone running 60+ mpw could have put up numbers in the 50s or higher if they're reporting for 5 days and that doesn't include a day off.
2024 Races:

05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

I know Jerry [Jwhite] ran more than what is reported here last week.

When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.
Seriously? It was a five day reporting period. Chill out.
