7 again + lunchtime yoga... which was really hard today.
I skipped it last week and all but confirmed that it has an effect on my legs by how great I felt (as opposed to how dead my legs are when I do it). I'll be back at it tomorrow though FMFS.

I have 1 more class that I have paid for already and then I have to decide if I want to sign up for another round (you pay for 7 weeks at a time).

I've come to like it. Whether it helps my running or not is not in the equation anymore. Overall, I am better for doing it than not.
