I think everyone gets one. I already used mine up last spring, if I had known I'd only get one I'd have saved it for a marathon.
Ugh I'm sorry the race didn't go well :C Glad to hear that the foot behaved, though! And yes, all the miles you put in means that you can now go out and smoke your 1M, 5K, and 10K times!
