October Goals! (Read 53 times)

Mmmmm...beer

    - Drop more weight (not going to put a number on it, have to see where I am when I get home mid month)

    - 400+ miles

    - Sub-40 10k on the 25th

    - I didn't drop more, but I've been able to maintain at 175, which is good, still down 20lbs from my marathon in March, I'll take it.

    - Nope, death in the family and crazy work schedule knocked me back a couple weeks (first two weeks of the month were both 100+mpw), I'll end up with around 310 with this evening's run.

    - Nailed it!  38:12, a 2:01 PR from my 10k five months ago.

5K and 10K PR (the 5K should be in the bag after training all summer, the 10K is automatic since it's my first race at that distance!)
