LRB - I'm sorry for the non-answers, but it does seem at least a little hopeful. You can run, even if it's only on an alter-G, it's not an obvious fracture, and it's getting better. Hopefully when you go back next Thursday, the cellulitis will be completely cleared up and the pain will be gone.
I did an easy 4.5 this afternoon, followed by an hour or so mowing the lawn for the first time this season. I had none of the pain from yesterday, but not a lot of energy either. Nine more days of very light running should do a lot for the hamstrings.
