    What was your weather yesterday? I thought I'd read about it in your RR...

     

    It’s coming! I started writing but hit the wall.  Weather was great. Can’t use that as an excuse.

      Running rest day, did upper body strength training since that was totally ignored last week.

       

      I do not tolerate heat well. I finally just gave up and once it is over 75 or 80, I set my watch for run/walk intervals. I can then usually handle 90 minutes or so. If not, 45 minutes and I am done, unfortunately that point usually happens before I am actually home, so there is a lot of jog a little, then walk, curse, repeat.
