Are we there, yet?

Honestly, how many weeks do you really need for MRT? I had 18 weeks planned but it has been tough and I am only 2 weeks into it

You could try what I did and race 12M two weeks before the marathon, decide that was a good tune up and indication you were ready even though you hadn't done any marathon training, mail in your entry, then taper for 2 weeks.

Do you know that I had no idea who "that guy" was in the WFD group on FB until just now. Busted!

      You had no idea?  Haha.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Everybody is probably off the net, I got the mini me asleep and am about to go out myself.

I would be happy with my last/first marathon results, but I got sick to my stomach and was never able to see just what I had in me. As for the training..... Yeah I felt confident I had trained really good for my first marathon.
