          It's supposed to snow here on Saturday. We broke a 100+ year old record low this morning. Can spring return and stay? Is that really asking too much?

            Zelanie - great news that you don't have a broken bone and can run again.  I think your idea of mixing water runs with outdoor runs for a little while is a good one.  You probably haven't lost much if any fitness yet, but you will want to take it easy for a little bit.  How did your run go this evening?  Much pain?
