            Heck of a race, PR!  Damn near looks like a 13.1 mile progression run.  You blew that A goal right out of the water.  Thanks for thinking of us during the race.  I'm glad your mind was in the right place.

                  City streets vs rural roads,  3x the number of runners, a LOT of spectators,  and the one cop who looked like he might taze me.

                   

                  Stopping where you stand is much simpler, but not always advisable.

                        Looks like a good prep for a marathon if you really want to run one of those. You do know that you don't have to run a marathon to be a real runner.

                              05/11 - D3 50K
                              05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
