13.1 uphill
13.1 downhill
Tired, dirty, slightly bloody, content, and (yes) working on a serious hangover. And out.
Congrats!
20.6 miles jogged at an ugly pace. I found a few unwatched apple trees, one pear tree, and something that might be plums which will require further investigation under cover of darkness.
Ugly pace but they were done, no? Great job!

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Supp!
I waited until the sun went down then got out for 9 smooth and easy miles @ an 8:30 pace. Although that last mile one took a bit of effort to maintain the pace, still, it was really a good run.
I have come a long way in my running when not only am I confident and able to run a 20+ mile double (12 miles @ 8:25 this morning), but willing. Yet that is exactly what I did today with 21 total miles.
Word.
