Return To Racing
Pouring when I came home from work, so we drove to the bigger track (higher income suburb, of course) and run/walked 5 miles. Felt great. Recovering with a Goose Island IPA.
I run for those rare and elusive moments of bliss. Those times when everything just feels right- I feel healthy and strong, I'm enjoying the scenery (or the music, if I'm on the TM), and the moment is just perfect.
sapf- I never add incline or speed to my TM miles to compensate, and I run a lot of TM miles. But I do often run my TM miles faster just because I want to get them done sooner, does that count?
