I would consider those two completely different things.
LMAO
Congrats on getting that qualifying done, Awood! That's got to be a different beast to actually be running against people. I am always 100% focused on my own time and splits, and my placement just is what it is.

Thanks guys!
I like a great craft beer as much as the next guy, but Natty is my go to. I drank plenty of Bell's Oberon last night, and that was only because they were out of Two Hearted. See, I do have a taste for quality beer. Haha.
Now, I have to get back on my normal eating and drinking habits and get some more weight off. I can spend the rest of this year focusing on time, PR's, lb's, etc. It should be a fun year.

Nice!! But I have a question........
Are you sure you have 30lbs to lose??
Are you gonna go the Ethiopian route??

Congrats on 3rd in your AG. Nicely done! Did you ever find out if t-rex arms was even in your age group?
Life is good.
Redrum - There's only one way to find out. I did get to 210 last year. That's about 16 pounds away. I lost it too fast last time while training really hard. I'm going to be more conservative this time.
Outoftheblue - After checking the results, I think he was one year too young. I am convinced that we were both thinking we were in the same AG though.
Hooray!! Your strategy paid off handsomely! I would have thought this would be hard to pull off so close on the heels of your HM, but you did Pinksationally!! Congrats, Awood!

Congrats on your race and on the qualifying!
