                  To start running again.

                  Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.

                  Don't call me Buttercup!

                    • To start running regularly again
                    • To not get re-injured
                    • To lose the 3 lbs I gained while injured and feeling sorry for myself

Slow and steady wins the....  wait a second! I've been lied to!

Reading that puts any goals I might have for myself into perspective.

                      That said....

                      1)  Set a 5K PR (this Sunday)

                      2)  200 miles (142 miles will put me over 2200 for the year)

                      3)  Start ski season

                      4)  Stay healthy

This year has gone better than I could have hoped, and thus I will allow myself to slack a little in December should I feel the urge.
