      sapf- Congrats on the 18!   Don't worry that it was hard- it's hard no matter what, and especially at this point in your training cycle!

       

      My 14 today were super hard too.  I felt really stiff and my butt/hamstring/hip area hurt the entire way.  But it didn't seem to get worse, so I just kept going.  I think I didn't stretch and roll enough this week.
