His ex-wife and the title company both told us he was a sorry bastard. The ex-wife was renting our house when they were showing it on the market. She gave the inspector the full tour of everything that needed to be fixed. We got the house at about $70k below market value and put about $30k into repairs. The title company told us what a miserable person he was at the close.
He is in Orlando now. That is what is says on his LinkedIn page and confirmed from the HKS website with his picture. He looks like an ax murder.
