Around here the women 40-49 AG is one of the most competitive ones! My only hope is that some of those women move up to 50-59 before I turn 40!
Wickedly Average
I can't believe how all you youngsters are talking! I can't even remember my 30s, it's been so long.
I'm fast approaching the age group where a fart is not to be trusted.

Good evening, everyone! I hope that you've been behaving today.
It's been hectic since I awoke. I just left the gym, where I did weights, forty-five minutes on one of the elliptical machines (I did the hill program), and push-ups. Now, I need to do my ab work, eat dinner, and take a shower.
Hey all.
3.2 miles @ 9:04 on the 'mill. Felt great. 5 days till HM blast off. I'm already so anxious.
Finished my last swimming class of six tonight and felt amazing. Luckily, I've signed up for more, to get even better. I can't believe how uncomfortable I was the first time in the pool compared to how I felt today. The best part, is that my body is already conditioned cardio wise, its just putting everything together. Swimming is a really coordinated sport. Who needs weights when you can workout in the water. I had a crazy arm workout just by treading water in the deep end tonight.
Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Ab work didn't happen. Unexpectedly, I went out with a friend. I'll double the ab work tomorrow. While out, I indulged myself with another shoe: the Saucony ProGrid Ride 5. I'll try that and the Altra Intuition 1.5 for the rest of the runs I have planned before the marathon and decide which one I'll take with me to Israel.
Basya- Congrats on the Ride5s! I was looking at those myself since my DD, who needs a stability shoe, wears the Guide5s. She wanted us to rhyme!

I got 3.87 miles in, my stupid app screwed up right at the end and reset itself so I figured up 4 miles
