Are we there, yet?
The Great Virtual Race Across Tennessee
It only requires a tad over 5 miles a day, so well within your capabilities - and you get to sleep in your own bed.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Pay $60 to get a tshirt and medal for running 35mpw this summer? Seems kind of lame from someone who came up with Barkley...
But you get a running travelogue across the state of Tennessee.
It looks like nearly 500 people have signed up already
Or you could run 5 miles every 4 hours for 24 hours in the Yeti Ultra 24 Hour Challenge. A dude on Instagram organized a nationwide team of 22 and did it. $30 to register.
There is a similar one that was on the TM. That one I thought of joining but starting at 6pm was my nope moment.
Damaris
As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

I would do the "out and back", so 70 mpw. But like you, I'm not paying for a t-shirt and a medal. I run the miles anyway, no need to pay extra for that. I mean I am paying to run with all the gear and shoes I buy

Holy shit.
Not surprised. Laz is a hero, a mythical figure.
It's now over 10,000!
