Jerry - no, I actually have a small cavity.  First time in about 35 years, aside from getting new fillings to replace old ones that fell out.  I'll get it filled in about two weeks.

sapf - I ended up doing intervals today on the TM.  Two miles w/u, 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes recovery times 10, then cool down.  It does make the time go quickly.
