re - long runs - I did a max long run of 17 this past cycle. was planning a 19 miler or so but got stopped by my back. in any case, I was not planning on doing any 20+ milers...zero miles today other than a dog walk later tonite.  (that philly sandwich looks awfully good)

Heard about Texas this morning as well, and they're supposed to get hit by more rain this week

Dorian, Rocky and I got in 2 more miles this afternoon... well, Rocky and I did while Dorian just enjoyed the ride. I spotted a Bald Eagle as well, very happy to see them more and more in my area. We currently have 3 nests in this area now, and it seems that the 3 pairs are going to stay.
