No more marathons
I use the direct link option at photobucket. I have not been notified that there will be a cost to continue to use it, yet.
I just got an email from them today that I can't use them for third party anymore. I wonder if all pictures I've posted are going to go away.

I wasn't much pleased with photobucket - too many ads and too long to load.
Ran the first 3 of my 8 outside with hubby, since it was only 86F and 86 dewpoint. 3lbs later, I came back inside to do my tempo while hubby finished his 5. 3 @ 10K, and after that shit, the 10K pace felt better than the easy 3 outside. FTS.
My coach gave me 10 miles tomorrow. I think she is enjoying this...
