I'm not on FB or IG - what a Luddite!
I took my first test run in my new speed trainers today. Just three miles since I've not run in that kind of shoe before and I didn't want to shock my feet too much. I definitely felt the lack of cushioning and the lower weight. For easy running they weren't much different, but when I ran some strides I noticed a big difference.
