Nice race Docket! Ugh on the 1.5 mile hill, was it at least in the early part of the race?

    Miles 21-22.

It was not dumb and I did not think it was as bad as some reviewers made it out to be. It's a movie about earthquakes FFS, it has to be viewed with that perspective.

We saw it last night. We liked it.

Damn, why didn't they just kick your cat while they were at it!

LRB, are the URDs because of the ladder fall, or is something else up?

I could have run today, it was raining when I woke up though (and rained all day actually) so it was as good an excuse as any to rest some more.

                Are we there, yet?

Rest day today. Spent most of the day either eating or sleeping and intermittently working on my D2D2D RR. Was barely even tempted though a little 3 mile run would have put me over 50 for the week and over 190 for the month. I think my RR is rather boring this time, but I'll be posting it soon. It certainly doesn't have the gripping interest of happylily's.

                   2024 Races:

                        05/11 - D3 50K
                        05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

                        06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

No, eating, sleeping, and writing my RR are about all I did. Watching TV or reading was too much of an effort after all that.
