    4 runs of double-digit length (preferable getting one up to 15)

    Lose another 3-4 pounds

    Continue strength training

    Choose, register for, and book travel for a January or February marathon somewhere warm.

    only 3 double-digit, but all were 15 miles or more

    Nope. Only down maybe a pound.

    Strength training going well.

    Marathon chosen, but nothing has been booked and I think my friend may be backing out, so I'm not sure it will happen. I can't really bring myself to foot the whole hotel/car rental cost by myself and travel someplace fun all alone.

    20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
