blue - Hometown race, of course you had to do it!  I have just as much fun being in the peanut gallery as well.  Running or watching, I love this race.

 

That's actually the main reason why I DIDN'T want to do it.  (Like ... I know my family thinks I'm a crazy person for running at all, and I do so many races that I don't expect them to care about all of them.  But a marathon is kind of a big deal for a tissue paper person like me, and when it's a marathon that's, like, a mile away from your front door and you still don't give a shit... I find that a little hurtful.  But then I joined a track team and enough people gave a shit that my family's indifference didn't matter anymore. )
